🔥 Wok master. Team leader. Menu creator. A popular, modern Chinese restaurant in Legian – part of a respected Bali F&B group – is looking for a passionate, hands-on Head Chef to lead its kitchen. Famous for dumplings, seafood and signature Chinese dishes with a modern Western feel, this is your stage to cook with fire, lead with heart and put your own flair on the menu.

🎯 What you'll own

• Lead from the wok – a true working chef who cooks and leads from the pans, not just supervises
• Lead, manage and train a talented kitchen team
• Keep every dish consistent in taste, quality, presentation and portion
• Run kitchen operations – stock, ordering and preparation
• Manage food cost and labour percentage like a pro
• Keep food safety, hygiene and kitchen standards at the highest level
• Develop and improve the menu while keeping the concept – with room for your own creative touches

🙌 What you bring

• 4+ years of relevant chef experience with strong Chinese cuisine skills
• Excellent Chinese cooking techniques – especially wok / high-heat cooking
• Experience in a Chinese restaurant or hotel kitchen is highly preferred
• Understanding of modern restaurant presentation and guest expectations
• Calm under pressure, with strong leadership, communication and teamwork
