🎯 What you'll do

• Manage his calendar, meetings and daily schedule
• Join him on construction sites, building projects and supplier meetings
• Follow up with contractors, workers and suppliers – loudly and clearly – so things get done
• Handle travel, logistics, errands and admin
• Support projects with documents, quotes and coordination

🙌 Who you are

• Male, 18 to 26 years old
• A strong, clear, confident voice – you never whisper
• Absolutely not shy – you speak up, ask questions and hold your ground
• Tough and hands-on – comfortable on busy construction sites in the Bali sun
• Good English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Organised, reliable and fast – you never drop the ball
• Own transport and a valid driving licence are a plus
• Interest in construction, building or property is a big plus
