Business by day, Bali's best events by night – and you'll be right there by her side. ✨

🎯 What you'll do

• Manage her diary, meetings and social calendar – nothing gets missed
• Plan and book VIP events, dinners, beach clubs, launches and parties – RSVPs, tables and guest lists
• Join her at networking events, client meetings and social occasions
• Capture great photos, videos and stories for social media at events
• Organise travel, errands and day-to-day personal admin
• Be the friendly link between her, clients, guests and the Staff Link team

🙌 Who you are

• Female, 18 to 26 years old – a student, fresh graduate or early in your career
• A true social butterfly – outgoing, confident and you love parties, events and meeting new people
• Great English (Bahasa Indonesia too) – you chat easily with anyone
• Stylish, well-presented and full of positive energy
• Super organised, quick and reliable – you get things done with a smile
• Discreet and trustworthy
• Happy to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends for events
• Own transport and a valid driving licence are a plus
