Both. Some clients use us for a single hire, others hand us their whole HR function month to month. You choose what you need.
Can we also add offshore staff to save costs?
Yes. If some roles can be done remotely, we can add dedicated offshore team members from Indonesia or Malaysia, from AUD 10 per hour + 11% service fee. We are their employer overseas, so you never deal with foreign payroll.
