Our client is a boutique, design-led creative and marketing agency in Bali that launches premium property projects – luxury villas, hospitality and branded residences. One tight, integrated team covers everything from brand identity, pitch decks and websites to content, paid ads and sales infrastructure. They're growing fast and moving to a flagship launch model – fewer clients, deeper partnerships, bigger impact – and they're building the team to match.

🎯 What you'll own

• Own the founder's channel and the agency's founder-led content end-to-end – positioning, narrative arcs, content calendar and growth strategy
• Produce the work – shoot, capture, write, edit and package. You're embedded in the founder's week, not waiting for assets
• Distribute and grow across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube, podcasts and wherever the audience pays attention
• Track what's working – reach, engagement, inbound enquiries, podcast invites and partnership conversations – and iterate weekly

🙌 What you bring

• 3+ years running a founder, creator or executive content channel at scale – with results to show
• Reels-native, long-form fluent and AI-fluent
• You know the difference between vanity metrics and real pipeline
• Real estate, design or premium lifestyle experience is a plus
