Our client is a boutique, design-led creative and marketing agency in Bali that launches premium property projects – luxury villas, hospitality and branded residences. One tight, integrated team covers everything from brand identity, pitch decks and websites to content, paid ads and sales infrastructure. They're growing fast and moving to a flagship launch model – fewer clients, deeper partnerships, bigger impact – and they're building the team to match.

🎯 What you'll own

• Map delivery operations – onboarding, briefs, reporting, handovers and QA – find the leaks and build the fixes
• Build internal automations with Claude, ChatGPT, Make, Zapier, Notion and Asana, turning repetitive work into systems
• Create internal AI tools the team actually uses – prompt libraries, brief generators, status updates, content QA and reporting drafts
• Document SOPs as you go – every workflow ships with a clear how-to-use

🙌 What you bring

• 3+ years in agency, consulting or startup operations
• Deep daily fluency with Claude / ChatGPT and no-code automation (Make, Zapier or similar)
• A practical builder, not a theorist – bonus points if you read SOPs for fun
• Comfortable working across departments and asking blunt questions
