Our client is a boutique, design-led creative and marketing agency in Bali that launches premium property projects – luxury villas, hospitality and branded residences. One tight, integrated team covers everything from brand identity, pitch decks and websites to content, paid ads and sales infrastructure. They're growing fast and moving to a flagship launch model – fewer clients, deeper partnerships, bigger impact – and they're building the team to match.

🎯 What you'll own

• Own paid strategy and execution across Meta, Google and beyond – for client launches and the agency's own pipeline
• Build campaign architecture, audiences and creative briefs, iterating fast with the design and social teams
• Translate numbers into commercial recommendations – not just CPC and CTR
• Use Claude / ChatGPT daily for creative iteration, copy testing, audience research and reporting

🙌 What you bring

• 5+ years in paid media with a strong Meta and Google track record
• Real estate, hospitality or premium / high-ticket experience strongly preferred
• A funnel thinker who is fluent in creative
• Data-driven, commercially minded and AI-fluent
