Executive Assistant to Founder & CEO

🌴 About the role

Our client is a founder & CEO running several design-led businesses in Bali across creative, marketing, property and design. You'll keep their week running smoothly and keep every business connected – so the founder can focus on what matters most.

🎯 What you'll own

• Manage the founder's calendar, meetings and priorities
• Plan and organise travel – flights, stays and schedules
• Handle communications – inbox, messages and follow-ups – professionally and on time
• Coordinate across the group's businesses, keeping teams, projects and deadlines aligned
• Support with admin, documents and special projects as the group grows

🙌 What you bring

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or executive administrator (supporting a founder or C-level is a plus)
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Highly organised, proactive and discreet with confidential information
• Calm under pressure and great at juggling many moving parts
• Confident with Google Workspace and modern tools – AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude are a bonus

💰 Salary: IDR 12 – 15 million per month, depending on your experience.
