How do I join?
Tap the Join button under your level, or message us on WhatsApp. We’ll set up your company profile and send your first invoice - your membership starts as soon as it’s paid.
Is there a minimum spend?
Yes. Each level is for businesses that spend at least a set amount on Staff Link services each year (not counting the membership fee): AUD 10,000 for Silver, AUD 25,000 for Gold and AUD 50,000 for Platinum. If your yearly spend falls short, we’ll move you to the level that fits.
What does HR advice cover?
Practical help from our HR team on hiring, onboarding, performance, policies and everyday people questions. It is general HR guidance, not legal advice.
Do I have to use Staff Link only?
No. There’s no exclusivity - use us as much or as little as you like.
Can we add an offshore team in Bali?
Yes. Offshore staff start from AUD 10/hour + 11% service fee. We pay your Bali team and handle their local entitlements - you simply pay one invoice.
Is there a minimum term?
Memberships run for a minimum of 12 months. Specialist roles keep their own terms. T&Cs apply.
