How do I join?
Tap the Join button under your level, or message us on WhatsApp. We’ll set up your profile and send your first invoice - your membership starts as soon as it’s paid.
Is there a minimum spend?
Yes. Each level is for clients who spend at least a set amount on Staff Link services each year (not counting the membership fee): AUD 10,000 for Silver, AUD 25,000 for Gold and AUD 60,000 for Platinum. If your yearly spend falls short, we’ll move you to the level that fits.
What can my personal assistant do?
Your assistant works remotely - online, by phone and on WhatsApp, not face to face. They handle anything you can hand over that way: bills, bookings, research, travel planning, reminders, shopping and life admin.
Can I change my level later?
Yes. Move up at the start of any month; moving down happens when your 12 months are up.
Do unused hours carry over?
Included hours and transfers are for that month and don’t roll over.
Is there a minimum term?
Memberships run for a minimum of 12 months. T&Cs apply.
