How do I join?
Tap the Join button under your level, or message us on WhatsApp. We’ll set up your company profile and send your first invoice - your membership starts as soon as it’s paid.
Is there a minimum spend?
Yes. Each level is for businesses that spend at least a set amount on Staff Link services each year (not counting the membership fee): IDR 60,000,000 for Silver, IDR 150,000,000 for Gold and IDR 300,000,000 for Platinum. If your yearly spend falls short, we’ll move you to the level that fits.
Do I have to use Staff Link only?
No. There’s no exclusivity - use us as much or as little as you like.
Can I change my level later?
Yes. Move up at the start of any month; moving down happens when your 12 months are up.
Is there a minimum term?
Memberships run for a minimum of 12 months. Labour hire and specialist roles keep their own terms and minimum periods. T&Cs apply.
