Employment services providers juggle employer engagement, reporting and admin on top of supporting participants. Staff Link’s directors won a place on the Australian Government’s Workforce Australia Services Panel (2022–2028) through a national tender – so we understand the sector, its standards and its pressures.

Privacy comes first: your team member works on password-protected company computers with approved data-privacy software, and only accesses the systems and information you set up for them.
🔒 Privacy, protected
Working with offshore support staff is a normal business-to-business arrangement, and many Australian providers already do it. What matters is that privacy is upheld – and that is how we work: secure company computers, approved data-privacy software, and access only to the systems and information you choose. We also support your due diligence, so you can check it fits your own contract terms.

“More time for participants and employers – less time on the back office.”
❓ Frequently asked questions
Can offshore staff work with participant information?
Yes. It is a private business-to-business arrangement, with privacy upheld at every step. Your team member only accesses the systems and information you set up for them, on secure company computers with approved data-privacy software. As the provider, just confirm it fits your own contract terms before you start.
Does Staff Link deliver Workforce Australia services?
No. Our directors won a place on the Workforce Australia Services Panel through a national tender, so we understand the sector – but Staff Link provides back-office support staff, not employment services.
Who employs the staff?
Staff Link employs and pays them in Indonesia and handles salary, BPJS, THR and local employment law.
