🔐 Privacy and your obligations
As the provider, you stay responsible for your obligations under the NDIS Practice Standards and the Privacy Act – including any overseas access to personal information (APP 8). We support your due diligence and work with you on access controls. Our company computers are password-protected and secured with approved data-privacy software.

Is Staff Link NDIS registered?
No. Staff Link is not an NDIS provider and does not deliver supports. We provide non-clinical, back-office admin staff to support your business.
Do offshore admin staff need NDIS worker screening?
Worker screening applies to risk-assessed roles, such as key personnel or roles with more than incidental contact with participants. Back-office roles may fall outside this, but your organisation decides which roles are risk-assessed – please check before you start.
Can they access participant records?
Only where you decide it is appropriate and permitted under your obligations. We set up access with you, and many providers start with tasks that limit access to personal information.
How much does it cost?
From AUD 10 per hour plus an 11% service fee (plus any applicable taxes), month-to-month with no lock-in for standard roles (specialist and senior roles have their own terms and conditions). Staff Link pays your team member and handles all Indonesian salary, BPJS, THR and employment law.
