From AUD 10 per hour plus an 11% service fee (plus any applicable taxes), month-to-month with no lock-in for standard roles (specialist and senior roles have their own terms and conditions). Staff Link pays your team member and handles all Indonesian salary, BPJS, THR and employment law.
Am I locked into a long contract?
Not for standard roles: they are month-to-month with no lock-in, and we can also provide long-term, stable options if you prefer. Specialist and senior roles – for example an architect or a doctor – always have their own terms and conditions, including a minimum term.
Who manages my remote team member?
You direct the daily work and priorities. Staff Link handles employment, pay and HR support in Indonesia.
What hours can they work?
